These Terms & Conditions kg 9 constitutes a legal agreement between (kg9.run) and all its members. By accessing the platform, registering, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Applicability

• The same terms apply whether you access the platform via the mobile app, website, or any other channel.

02Account Registration & Eligibility

kg 9 To register, you must meet the following requirements. These conditions are in place to ensure the safety and legitimacy of the platform.

Registration Requirements

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• Keep your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for verification.

Account Verification (KYC)

03Betting Rules & Terms

General Bonus Policy

• A bonus can only be used once, unless stated otherwise in the offer.
• Bets placed with bonus balance generally require minimum odds of 1.50 or higher.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly approved.
• kg 9 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse is suspected.

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a Welcome Bonus on their first deposit. To qualify, the deposit must be made within 7 days of registration, and verification must be completed before the bonus can be used.

06Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited to maintain a fair and safe platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure.

08Account Closure & Suspension

In the following circumstances kg 9 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account.

• In the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Extended periods of inactivity (over 12 months).
• When the user submits a request to close their own account.

09Right to Amend Terms

kg 9 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Notice will be provided via your registered email or on the platform before changes take effect.

• For significant changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given in advance.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
• The date of the latest update will always be displayed at the top of this page.
